Hi, Karen
I am interested in Luke and Rebecca Albin BLACKER. My research is that they had a son named James Wesley BLACKER, who was born 12 Oct 1820, married 9 or 19 Nov 1848 to Nancy Mariah ARCHER, possibly in Dubuque, Iowa. This union in turn produced my gg-grandmother, Louisa BLACKER, born 4 Oct 1861, in Allamakee CO., Iowa.
I guess the bottom line is, does your research include James Wesley as a child of Luke and Rebecca, and can you tell me where they (L&R) are buried? Someone on Family Search has submitted Clinton Co., Indiana as their final resting place.
Any information you can share will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Jim Stevens
