Will You Be or Willoughby Blackard states in his Revolutionary War Pension Application that he was born 12 August 1758 and that he lived in Caswell county North Carolina at the time of his enlistment. He served in the NC line. He was 74 when he applied for his pension in Wythe County Virginia. He made application on 8 October 1832. File No. S29638.
