I do not think that Elizabeth HAMILTON could be the mother of Holly/Hetty BLACKETTER LOCKMAN. Holly/Hetty BLACKETTER married on 25 Jan 1816 in Mercer Co., KY to John B. LOCKMAN, a little more than two years before Elizabeth HAMILTON married on 24 Mar 1818 in Mercer Co., KY to John BLACKETER (jr-as he was listed in the 1820 census for Mercer Co., KY).
I do have a record of Hilda BLACKETER (b ca 1821) who was married 28 Feb 1841 Montgomery Co., IN to William S. PLAYLE. According to family tradition, her father was John BLACKETER. It is possible that she is the daughter of John and Elizabeth (HAMILTON) BLACKETER.
As for Holly/Hetty's parents, it is thought that she is the daughter of John BLACKETER, the son of William and Rachel BLACKETER of Mecklenburg Co., VA. However, I have never seen any documentation. It is known that John left his property in Bartholomew Co., IN to his two sisters, Jane and Rachel, and to his two nephews, Spencer and John Henry (sons of his brother William, II) when he died (ca 1832).
The parents of John BLACKETER, Jr. are not confirmed.
