While it is known that Indiana militia did in fact have some limited participation inte conflict the recorsI have donot show an actual roster of Volunteers per-se, but there is a book that was published on Indiana in the Black Hawk War, that is in print, thislink might help
But heres what I have from Whitneys "Black Hawk War"
It seems that the Indiana Mlitia was raised with little actual government approval, One hundred volnteers raised in Terre Haute Ind. There was an Indian scare in Lafayette and the militia was called out there, but there seemsto be a little confusion over actual numbers of volunteers.
It was reported that a Capt. Newell and 50 men, from Warren County marched for several miles beyond the Iroquois and then returned home.
