BLACKMORE/HITCHCOCK BRISTOL

On the 1881 census James Hitchcock, My wifes direct line,has living with him 3 Blackmore children william Francis & Henry with his wife Betsy at 57 Mount Pleasant, bedminster Bristol, they are listed as Step sons.
This looks like the second marriage of Betsy, I am trying to determine her true maiden name,dob Marriage etc and more info on the Blackmore connection,
Any help appreciated
