There are some inconsistencies in the names you have listed, however, this seems too much of a coincidence not to be linked in some way.

I had an Uncle Victor Blackmore who lived in Hartcliffe, Bristol. His wife's name was Peggy - they had 2 daughters and a Son. His Mother wasn't Welsh - she was Bristolian. He would have passed in the 80's. I am in email touch with his daughter Ann - so let me know if you think there is a link. I live in Melbourne, Australia
