I am very interested that you have come up with information on the Blagrave family. I am descended from John Pamplin and Elizabeth Blagrave. You are no doubt familiar with the 2-volume work, The Pamplin Family and Connections (see the website, which is, as usual with such books, vague about the sources for its information on the seventeenth century (and the English ancestry of the family has been disproved), but which documents a large percentage of the descendants of this numerous family. My own interest is in the ascending family line, so I am interested in any information you may have about Henrys I, II, and III, and their wives, or about the ancestry of Henry Blagrave I. If he was indeed a doctor, this opens up number of possible avenues of research in English records. (May I also assume that you are acquainted with Ian S.G. Blagrove, Blagrave and Blagrove: A History (1996 edition))?
