Two page, Handwritten parchment indenture dated Jan. 27, 1826. Being the conveyance of a deed by J Jacob Strembeck, to George D. Blaikie, estate sale of William Milter. County of Philadelphia stamp, and red wax seals. Deed for a house and lot, in Philadelphia. It also talks about Debt and damages of Margaret Brown, $24.800. in the Philadelphia Supreme court and a Sheriff sale? Don't know if I'm reading this correctly? One page Measures 27 1/2" x 23", and the other measures 23" X 18 1/2". Mild discoloration on the outside, but very clean on the inside.
