My Benjamin Franklin Blailock (son of Henry Eldridge Blailock of Mississippi) was 19 years old on 1850 census, joined the Civil War in Leesburg, VA at approx. age of 30. I've never been able to locate a marriage or a death for him. However, Ben. F. Blailock's brother, Andrew Jackson Blalilock had a son whom he named Benjamin Franklin, b. 1872, d. 1832 and buried in MS. There is B. F. Blaylock from MS listed in the Civil War Roster of Soldiers. You might try contacting the Mississippi Dept. of Archives and History for his records. They sometimes contain alot of valuable information, also request pension application and grave registration.
