can you tell me how to go about finding information on a Blalock that was in WWII. I do not know his first name. He was stationed in Germany in the late 1940's with my father. I have a picture of them standing together. My father often speaks of him but has no idea where he is. My father is 72 years old and I would love to find this man and maybe arange a meeting for them.
