I am looking for the family of my ggrandfather Albert Monroe Blake. He was born Dec 16, 1908 and died when he was hit by a care in Texas Dec 1957. I know he was in World War I, and that he left home at a young age. He did not speak of his family at all. I know his family owned land and had contacted my ggrandmother to sign off on rights to it. My grandparents had nothing to do with it and raised their family in Texas until their deaths. I do know his ss# was issued in IL. I do not know if he was born there or just passed thru. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
