I would love to have any information about the Blake's who lived in and around Chester England. My gggrandfather, John Blake was a bootmaker there. He was married to Ann (Glewe or Gleave)and they had several children including my ggrandfather William (Rocliffe or Raucliffe) Blake who came to Massachusetts in the late 1880's. Also, does anyone have an idea on how I could get a copy of John's birth/death certificate from Chester?
