Willing Blake 1762-1844 Capt. Willing Blake
Married Mary Lindley They were married 1792 in Walpole, Mass.
I do not know if she is my husband's relative. Born in CT. to David Lindley and Lois Palmer.
She was named Mollie on the CT. records, but in those days, Molly, could have a nick name of Polly or be born Mary.
If this is our family she had at least one brother that we know of Jeremiah LIndley .
From records I have seen Willian and Mary Blake had at least six children
John Warren Blake 1793, Mary, 1796, Elona 1798, Harvey 1801, Hannah 1804, Daraxa Lindley Blake born 1809.
Every site I have seen no one has had any data on Mary Lindley. The first site I did find that was a Walpole, record stated her name as Molly and their marriage on April 22 1792 and not on May 27, 1792 as I have also seen.
I am hoping someone might know something more about Mary, Molly. I can't be sure without tracing her family backwards. But I think their is a chance that this is our Molly, Mary.
