Greenbrier WV - Who are Parents of Lewis, Jonathan, Amanda b. 1820s

In 1840 Greenbrier WV (then VA)census is the following:

1840 Census
Jerry or Jany? Blake
1 male 10-15
1 male 15-20
1 female 5-10
1 female 40-50

In 1850 Greenbrier census is the following:
Jane Blake, 54
Jonathan Blake, 22
Amanda Blake, 11

In 1860, Jonathan and Amanda are living with what I believe is their older brother, Lewis (b. 1823)and his family.

I have been trying to determine the father of Lewis, Jonathan and Amanda, and would welcome any help. I have traced many descendents of Theophilus Blake, but this family is either not connected or is the result of a lost son or possibly a divorce.

Any help appreciated.
