There is no doubt that the first names you have listed are used by Blakeneys in America, but they are also used by most British-Irish Americans. Also to be considered is that the name Blakeney was used for centuries in England and Ireland before coming to America. Blakeney is not an adaptation by immigrants in a new land. But I am just an amateur at this and my thoughts above are only speculation.
