My half-aunt Alva Virginia Alexander married Pearl Cooper Blakeney of Taylorsville, Smith Co., MS. Pearl was b.
1812 in Taylorsville, MS, and he died in 1965 and was
buried in Fellowship Cem. in Taylorsville. Alva V.
(Alexander) Blakeney b. 1901 in Montrose, Jasper Co., MS
and died 1969, and was also buried at Fellowship Cem.

I am interested in determining the ancestry of Pearl
Cooper Blakeney. Their dau. Mary Virginia Blakeney
married Edward Penman Cooper, who was a crop duster in
Taylorsville until his death in 1968; he is in Fellowship Cemetery, also. Mary Virginia Blakeney Cooper and Edward had Janet Faith, James Rowland, and Edward Blakeney "Blake"
Coopers. Janet lives in Laurel, MS.
