I have gotten information from different sources on the internet stating that Sarah Matilda was the daughter of Alvin and Lucy Ann Blakeney. I have recently gotten a copy of her birth certificate and it shows that her mother's name was Ann Moss. Father not listed. In the 1860 census, it shows that she and some more siblings whom I thought were Alvin and Lucys children were living in the household of Robert and Ann Blakeney also. Next door were James Thomas, Martha Matilda, Alvin, Lucy, and William P. Robert would have been her uncle according to previous information that I had. Also in the 1870 census she is living in Ann's household. I'm confused. Can anyone help me? Were Robert and Ann in fact her parents?
