Hey Cousin!
A thought--
If we searched out where all of their children were living at the time of his death and find the cemeteries that were in use at that time near to them, we may find where they put their Dad. Some were in TN and others still in KY at the time. So that leaves a large area to search. But I don't think they would make it too hard on themselves. Josephine Blakley Childers, who presently lives on a piece of the original Patterson Creek land that his father Curtis owned and where George W. was born, has searched that entire area for graves and found none. They are either invisible at this point in time, or they are not there. They may be buried in a cemetery of a different last name, like Ballinger, Powers, etc.
