Howdie,
Checked the book "Amish and Amish Mennonite Genealogies" by Gingerich and Kreider, and did not find a Blough relationship on Solomon G. Miller. It does list his mother as a Veronica, with the nickname of Fanny. If you are sure that her maiden name was Blough, then the first one that comes to mind is Veronica Blough the dau of Christian Blough and Elizabeth Gastelli. She would have been born (probably) before 1750, when her father and some siblings emigrated to America. Marjorie Blocher Kinsey in her "Blough Family History" listed as a probable husband for this Veronica as John Schneider, but this is based on the fact that Christian Blough listed John Schneider as a son-in-law in his will. Christians brother John also had a daughter Veronica (or Freena) who might have been about the right age for your Veronica. However, I have no information on the John Blough family at hand, but they may have changed their name to Plough early on. I do have another book on the Blough family which I cannot locate at the moment. Don't know if any of that will actually help you or not, but hopefully it will. By the way, just down the road from you at Salem, Indiana.
David
P. S. The first book above lists your Christian as being born in Berks County, PA, about 1760 and dying in 1839 in Somerset County, PA. He was known as "Glades Christian" because he came to Conemaugh Township, Somerset County, PA, for the Brecknock Twp. Glades, also of Somerset County, PA. His father was John Miller, mothers name unknown, although it may have been Magdalena.DC
