We now know that BLOUGH and BLAUCH are from
the same family, just a variation in spelling. Thanks to all the kind people who
answered our query in Lebanon Co PA.
From Dave Blauch in ref.to the book by
Herbert and Mildred Blauch, entitled,
"A COMPILATION OF THE HISTORY AND GENEALOGY
OF THE BLAUCH,BLOUCH,BLOUGH,FAMILY 1750-1980"
OSCAR H. BLAUCH ,s/o GEORGE MICHAEL and
BELLE POLLIE (LEADER)BLAUCH; was b. in
SNYDER CO PA on July 5, 1870; was a telegraph
operator in SUNBURY,PA with the PHILA. &
READING RAILROAD CO; was married on 12-1-1891
to MARY FRYMIRE (she is listed as TERESA
on her daughter's obit.); they became members
at Grace Evangelical Church at Sunbury,PA and
had five children.(excerpt from above cited
book.)
