My husband's family is from Johnston and Windber and his great-grandfather Hiram Geisel born 1855 was married to a Mary Blough born about 1860 in Somerset Co., Pa,. I have no mention of a Vera Blough but I don't have a lot of information on that side of the family. I will be happy to share any information that I have on the Blough family with you.
