Although I do not know anything about the descendants of Stephen Bloyd, I am interested in finding out more about his line. There seems to have been a group of people including the Bloyds and the McMurtry family who traveled more or less together from MD > Green Co KY > Ohio Co KY? > Warrick Co IN.

They intermarried with the Hudsons and the Millers, and I am descended from Hudsons, Hinmans and especially from the Millers, who moved from VA > Ohio Co KY > Warrick Co IN > Bell Co TX > several other spots in TX including Hamilton Co, not too far from Comanche Co, I think. The times, the movement patterns, and the given names of the Millers and Hudsons who married the Bloyds are near enough to mine that I really think they may have a connection, although I have not mentioned several other places where apparently some of the family members lived for short times.

When the Hinmans (descended from the Hudsons), Millers, and the Waggoner families moved to TX, I suspect that some other related families may also have made the move from Indiana. I would welcome any information you would be willing to share about them, as well as sharing about the information I do have on the Bloyds. (I list two other Stephens for them.)
