Thomas Blum and Mary Blumer
Looking for information into my husband's Grandmother's family.Newspaper article: Mrs. Thomas Blum passes at hospital Monday morning Jan. 12, 1948 from a heart attack at her home.She married Thomas Blum in Monroe WI on 11/6/1900.They were farmers.She was 67 yr. old when she passed.Survived by: husband, six daughters Mrs. Wilma Kuby, Blanchardville, Mrs. David Kubly, Mrs. Weston Elmer, and Mrs. Philip Grimm, Argyle, Mrs. Robert Frauchinger, Jefferson Township, Mrs. William Perington, Brodhead (my husbands G-ma), five sons, Elmon and Ivan at home, Louis Adams township, Melvin, Monroe, and Raymond, Freeport; five sister, Mrs. Barabara Blum, and Mrs. herman Gempeler, Albany, Mrs. Joseph Legler, Monroe, Mrs. Edward Blum, Paoli, and Mrs. Robert Gempeler, Ida Grove, IA.Also 4 brothers, Herman & Henry Blumer, New Glarus, David, Belleville and Fred, Monticello.Says her parents and 2 brothers, Jacob and John preceded her in death.
