Somehow there is a connection to my great grandmother's family and I hope you can help me - My great-grandmother was Willie Maybell Blume and she listed her father as William Job Blume born about 1850 in South Carolina and living in Suwanee County Florida (or close by) at the time of his death in December 1882 - His parents (who she does not name) lived close by also from her writings - I find a listing in the 1880 florida census with her father listed as I.B. Blume but her mother and sisters are the same so either she wrote it down wrong or he went by different names - or the writing on the census could have said W. J. and was interpreted to be I. B. later on - I would love to see the original records - any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
