Hi Jennifer,
My Boak ancestors come from Kent County, England. Jesse Boak and wife Jane Russell came to Canada in the 1840's. His father was Joseph Boak married Marden, Kent in 1803 to Ruth Goodsoul. I have data on their children. They later moved south into Goodhurst, Kent. Would be happy to share info.
