Hi Helen... thanks so much for your response... any information that you find would be an absolute bonus thank you...
Everything before Nan (Helen Boath) and Pop (Joseph Milne) came to Australia is a bit of a mystery...
they are gone now so we can't ask them... They died in Botany, Sydney Australia... Nan last in 1982..
My Husband Steve is Helen Boath's Grandson...

Hi, I think I found your George Boath, baker born 1871 Arbroath, Scotland in 1901 census
Wife, Helen 29 / Ann H 6 / George 6 mo / Helen 7 / Jemima C 4 / Margaret J 2 / others may have been born after 1901.

George Boath Baker of Arbroath.
He died 26 Jan 1936 Arbroath Scotland.
He married Helen Crabb / Died 29 Aug 1935 Arbroath Scotland.
They had three daughters...
1 -Helen (Nell) born 8 Apr 1893 Arbroath Scotland
married Joseph Milne born 1 Nov 1895 14 Montague Street Edinburgh Scotland
Joseph met Helen in the Infirmary attached to the Mines in Arbroath wher he worked after the war.
Immigrated 1923 Ship Otranto From Scotland to Australia.
(After that we have information)
2nd sister -Jemima (Mym)
3rd sister -Ella
