Linda Bock wrote that Ferd had a brother named Gustav who came to America with him. I have been searching for a Gustav Bock, born Germany avt 1850. Married Frieda Wamuth and had son Frank Bock abt 1883 in NY. Second son Christopher Gustav Bock (my grandfather) b. 2/23/1890 in Jax, FL. The story goes that Frieda died in childbirth and Gustav returned to Germany, married her sister, and returned to Jax, having three more children: Frieda, Hans and Teresa. Gustav lived in Miami Beach a while and also went to Cuba. He died in a hunting accident in Jax abt. 1902. Do you think this could be the same Gustav?
