I am also searching for Bocks in IL. I have pictures with the Bock name, but don't know the line they come from. Wilhelimina Bock b. 20 Apr. 1849 in Pomeria, Ger. parents? m. William Pflughaupt 8 Oct 1871 in Bloomington, IL. d. 24 Jan. 1930 eastern NE. I have a copy of the marriage certificate, no additional help. Mother-in-law, once said the name Bock, either sounded like OR was Buck. Would be interested in sharing any information that comes to light.
