Anthony Bock is listed as the son of Michael and Christina {nee unknown} Bock in Michael's Orphans Court Records out of Northampton County in 1806.
There is also a biography that you should be able to search for by entering "Anthony Bock" and Heintzelman, which confirms your understanding that Anthony had married one of George Heintzelman's daughters. Also, one of Michael Bock's daughters, Barbara, married John Heintzelman, but I believe we're going to find that John was likely one of Hans George's grandsons rather than a son.
Unfortunately, neither the biography nor the OC records give the name of Miss Heintzelman.
I'll be happy to attempt to answer any other questions this response might raise.
