Looking for Boehm family from NYC area. Gustave A Boehm (Bohmer per civil war records) born 4/7/1846 died 3/20/1930. Married Sophia Armbruster (12/25/1852-2/9/1928)4/14/1872 in NYC.
Had 7 children only 3 survived to adulthood.
1) Gustave, b.1879/80-d.9/19/1953 married Zoe 1909-ish. Five children born in Astoria/Queens/NY, Vincent b.1910, Joseph b.1913, Edward b.1915, Zoe b.1917, Raymond b.1918-d.WW2 1944.
2) Robert, b.12/16/1872 d.5/14/1914, marrried Martha Conrad-1902. Three children Robert b. 1905, Sophie b.1907 and Martha b. 1910.
3) Vincent, b. 2/5/1884 d.3/26/1910.
Family story has it that Gustave, Zoe and family moved to Suffolk Cty (Ronkonkoma?), Long Island. Much of the older family buried in the Lutheran Cemetery in Queens.
