I am trying to find some information concerning my g-grandfather, Armand/Amend/Adam/Armond Boehm. He was born in Prussia on 18 Mar 1843 and died in Houston, Texas on 17 Oct 1918. He married Katherine (Kate) Mudes (b. dec 1858) in 1878.
I have heard that he came to America around 1870 with his brother, Julius Boehm (who settled in Falls, Texas). Julius had a son named William who had a son named Henry who sent my father a Christmas card stating that he was a cousin, but my father was never able to make contact.
I would like to get in touch with someone involved with my g-grandfather's or his brother's line. Thanks!
