I'm not familiar with this genforum....I've been trying to find out my family history ..and was surprised when I read your posting about your grandfather, because according to my knowledge,my grandfather was also from Alcaise-Lorrain, France/Germany border and his name was Jean-Pierre Boesch.
Your posting is dated Nov/15/1999 and I doubt if you ever read my reply...I hope you do.

By the way, I had an uncle that lived in Tela, Honduras..his name was Alfredo Boesch. Is he related to you??

I'll be waiting for your answer...cross my fingers..as we say in Honduras...
