Looking to confirm, correct, or add to the following family information: Daniel and Mary Bohnert came to the U.S. from Baden Germany early in 1841. Their first son, Ferdinand, was born in Lexwan, PA in December of that same year. Daniel worked as a shoemaker in New York where their other children were born: Daniel, Jr.(1846); Mary (1848); Anna (1850). They moved to Pleasant Plains, Sangomon County Illinois & farmed.
