Originally I had no name for Isaac BOWMAN's wife, just the 1840 Census Info. and nothing more and I had assumed that Josiah H. BOWMAN was a very young son of Josiah BOWMAN,Sr.,but I had recieved an e-mail correspondance from an anscester of Josiah H. BOWMAN stateing he was a son of Isaac BOWMAN & Cynthia BROWN and that they had died in the 1840's and so I used that along with the fact Isaac BOWMAN & wife were not found in the 1850 TN. Census Records.

I at this time cannot locate the e-mail's we shared since they are currently saved on my Computer which has been unuseable for about 7 months now due to a faulty videocard which I cannot at this time afford to replace.

I havent seen any Book about the BOWMAN's of Overton Co.,TN. or any referance to them comeing from Bladen Co.,N.C.,I just coulden't locate any Josiah BOWMAN on the 1800 N.C. Census Index other than the Josiah & William BOZMAN's on page 48 of Bladen Co.,N.C.

I do not have any clues or idea's as to where Isaac & Cynthia are Buried, but it is possable that they are in the Shiloh Cemetery as well since it does have alot of markers with no recognizable inscriptions anymore left on them.
