James Boner/Eliz Delp - Philadelphia Connection
Posted by: Kathy (Bonar) Mainzer (ID *****3787) Date: November 15, 2005 at 23:25:30

Thanks to everyone I am making progress!

I am looking into a couple of directions:

First, I believe James Boner, b. 1825 Ireland, (m Elizabeth Delp, 1851) had relatives in Philadelphia, either previous arrivals or with him when he came to the USA. A letter from Beckie from Philadelphia, and later reference to Rebecca Riggins in 1930 as a cousin may find them one and the same. They would have been cousins to my grandfather, Allen Franklin Boner, York, PA. b. 1883.

Are there any Boners out there originally from Philadelphia?

Thanks,
Kathy
