From the photocopy of the will of Lodowick Bonesteel, who died in 1837 Brunswick, his wife is Caty and his daughter is Sara(h) Eveline. The Rensselaer County photocopies of the will I received has the information of Lodowick Bonesteel, who died 1841, mixed in with it.
The Rensselaer County USGenWeb shows Lodowick Bonesteel died 20 Aug 1837 and interred Brunswick Opposite Brick Church. It shows the wife of Lodowick Bonesteel as Katie Bulson.
From the Rensselaer County USGenWeb listing of internments, it shows Lodewick Bonesteel as the husband of Katie Bulson. Kate Bulson died 15 Apr 1860 and interred Brunswick Opposite Brick Church
The father shown on the Death Certificate of Sarah E shows John Bonesteel as father and Catherine __________ as mother.
I have been in touch with Dave Rinsem regarding this information also. I also believe he cc'd you on at least one of the emails.
The information is new to me as I was at a brick wall as indicated in my first post requesting help.
I checked Ancestry also to no avail, which is par for the course for my family. The FamilySearch site does not have the older microfiche files online. On another line of mine, the older microfiche shows information that is not included in the online information at that site. So an online search doesn't mean to me that the information might be incorrect.
I like to have actual files to use to verify whatever I find online. But I am willing to use the online information as clues and place to start in locating the actual files.
Thank you for your time and help. I appreciate your continuing to look also.
Everything helps.
Thanking you muchly,
Kathy Green
