Yes, there were two Wilfred's born to Francois and Celine.
Wilfred (1) b. 1868 d. 1872
Wilfred (2) b. June 11, 1882 d. either Mar.9, 1967 or Feb. 14, 1967 acording to 2 reliable sources.
Wilfred (2) was actually married to a Diana Neveu (not McNeil).I talked to his niece who says that the only McNeil was Wilfred's sister Stephanie who married Hugh McNeil.I have a copy of Mme. Wilfred Bonin's obituary notice which mentions she was survived by her brother who had the last name Neveu so I am pretty sure this is correct.
I do not have a scanner so I cannot send you the copy of Basile Bonin's house. If you email me your address, I can send you a color photo copy. Also, so far I only have a printed copy of the translation of Sister Helene's article but I may be able to get the file itself this weekend. If so I will email it to you.
Canonesse is a religious title for the highest ranking sister in a particular order. The female equivalent of a Canon of the Church.
