Hello Andrew..Thank-you for your reply to my posting in regards to "Bonnyman"..Sorry I took so long to answer your e-mail... I'm VERY GLAD to KNOW there ARE some "Bonnyman's" still in Scotland, My Gr.Grandfather's name was Franklin Bonnyman, B. in Folkaber's Scotland around the 1800's, and later went to New York at the age of 17, and married my Gr.Grandmother Elizabeth Eastman, she was born in Oxbow New York I assume..then at sometime they moved to Ontario, Canada...where my Gr.Grandfather changed the name "Bonnyman" to "BONNIMAN" when his son Franklin (my Grandfather)was born. I would appreciate ANY information you may have about the "Bonnyman" name, it really seems to be a very un-common name so I don't know WHY I'm having such a problem finding out information about my Gr. Grandfather!!?? as it seems to be a VERY difficult search for my late Gr.Grandfather Franklin Bonnyman/Bonniman, he seems to be no where to be found!!??...Thank-you Andrew for ANY help, information etc;...Hope to hear back soon...Pat Bonniman/Bonnyman
