Hello Ruth...My Gr.Grandfather's name was Alexander Bonnyman, b.in Folkabers Scotland..As I see in your posting you mentioned an "Alexander", he also had a son named Franklin Alexander Bonniman, My Gr.Grandfather Alexander changed the name "Bonnyman" to Bonniman" when his son was born in Ontario Canada..Since this is NOT a very common name "BONNYMAN"..I'm finding it very difficult to search for ANY of my past Bonnyman relatives..if you have anymore information on the Bonnyman family I would appreciate it...I have a little more information, dates, places etc; but at the moment I can't find it, however the "time" frame seems to be quite close to what I have, so maybe there could be "some" connection here??...hope to hear soon, and thanks for any help maybe we could kind of work together on solving this "Mystery"!!:) I live in Vancouver, Canada...Best Wishes...Pat Bonnyman/Bonniman
