Hi Kathy

This is interesting and raises the possibility that both families might have left members behind when they moved to Ohio. I know my g grandfather's family had some connection with PA who kept them current since Sam's Civil War pension records use PA county names that didn't exist when the family moved to OH.. Then again, the Brown name is way too common, and there might be no connection at all. I'm afraid that the Browns, prior to their move to OH, are still a mystery to me.
