My grandpa's name was Charles Glenn Booth. His mom was Faye Porter. She was born in 1921 and met an older man from what I am told and married him. His name on the birth certificate of my grandpa...Sidney V. Booth. Sidney Valentine Booth was a grocer...which explains why my grandpa was born in an apartment above a grocery store. Sidney Valentine Booth was the father of two other children with my great grandma Faye...they were twins and died at birth. Their names were Darrell and Harold. Sidney later met up with his father that had left him and his mother as a kid. His father's name was James Booth or Boothe. He was a Reverend and died at 99 years old in Mason County, Kentucky. Of course I have found all of this on my own...I believe James' parents were Harrison Booth and Charlotte Yates. If anyone has ANY info that can help me with this search I would appreciate it very much!!!
