William BORTON, b. about 1554 in Aynhoe, Northamptonshire, England.D. 22 July 1597 in Aynhoe Parish, Northamptonshire, England.(I do not have his wife's name, so if you know that, please pass on the information, it would be much appreciated!)
William's children: John, Alicia, Maria, Jana, Margarita (aka Margaret), and William BORTON.
William's son John was b. January 1578, Alicia was b. January 1579, Maria was b. January 1581 (I'm starting to notice a pattern here...), Jana was b. February 1583, Margarita (aka Margaret) was b. August 1588, and William "Jr." (I call him that because he shares his father's first name, I don't know if they had the same middle name as well or not) was b. 25 November 1590 in Aynhoe, Northamptonshire, England.
William "Jr." m. Elizabeth READE 16 June 1613 in Northamptonshire, England.He died and was buried 25 March 1656 in Aynhoe, Northamptonshire, England.William and Elizabeth had 7 known children:William A., William B., Elizabeth, Jane, Margaret, Henry, and John.
Elizabeth READE was b. about 1595 in Aynhoe Parish, Northamptonshire, England.She d. 17 June 1689 in Aynhoe Parishe, Northamptonshire, England.
John BORTON "Sr.", b. 25 January 1634 in Aynhoe, Northamptonshire, England (if you have a source for his birth year let me know, I used to have 1633 as well but changed it to 1634--I don't remember why now, but I wouldn't have changed it without reason), d. 1687 in Hillsdown, Burlington County, NJ.John m. Ann KINTON on 12 April 1658 at St. Michael's in Aynhoe, Northamptonshire, England.
John and Ann had 8 known children:Jane, Anne, Elizabeth, John "II" (my direct ancestor), William "III" (I call him that because he was named after William "Jr." and "Sr." above), Susanna, Mary, and Esther BORTON.
Ann KINTON b. abt. 1636 in Croughton, England, d. 1688 in Hillsdown, Evesham Township, Burlington County, NJ.Ann's father was William KINTON; her mother's first name was Elizabeth, but I don't know her maiden name.
Esther BORTON, b. 25 May 1667 in Aynhoe, Northamptonshire, England, d. 1719 in Evesham Township, Burlington County, NJ.Esther m. 10 October 1684 to John HAINES in Evesham Township, Burlington County, NJ.
