Paul was actually born 15 Aug 1875 in St. Imier. He immigrated to the US in 1896 and settled in Elgin, IL.

On 8 Oct 1898 he married Adalie (Adile) DIDIE. They had a daughter Adele (who did not have children). Paul and Adalie divorced.

Paul then married Lydia Miller on 25 May 1901. They had 7 children. Are you descended from their son Jules Carl?

I have Christina born in Baden, Prussia.
