Fred A Boulan was born in Germany in 1873 and married
Grace Fry. Grace Fry was born in Nebraska in 1887. She was
the daughter of Edwin Augustus Fry and Irene Haynes. Irene was Edwin's 2nd wife. Anna Bartram from Norwalk, CT was his first. Edwin A Fry was born in Norwalk, CT on April 12, 1851 and died in Burke, SD on October 20, 1936. He married Irene Haynes in South Dansville, NY on April 23, 1885. Irene was born in So Dansville, NY on July 16, 1860 and died in Yankton, SD on Nov 20, 1920. According to the 1920 US Census Yankton, SD, Fred A Boulan and Grace Fry Boulan had 2 children. Burnetta J Boulan was born in SD in 1910 and Burton E Boulan was born in SD in 1918. Eventually the Boulan family moved to Michigan. Burton Edwin Boulan was born Dec 4, 1918 and died July 24, 1994 in Madison Heights, Michigan.
