Capt. E. E. Bouldin had only one slave (given him by his mother)whose last name was Scott. I have wondered if he was a descendant of Wendell Scott, firts Black NASCAR driver, who was from Danville, VA. His family doesn't know much about the family. I will let you know if I find something on the Charlotte Black Bouldins.
