There is an A. M. Boulden in the 1860 Saline Co, MO census who was aged 31, b - VA Occ - Merchant. His wife was Martha A., age 27, b. MO, and his children were Willie Bill, age 6 b. MO, and James E./C.?, age 3, b. MO. ( A name was inserted after James which might be Wood Bouldin. The data on this person is illegible.)

This data comes close to matching the data you posted except for the name of the mother of James Clark Bouldin.
