I have heard variations on the Bouldin, Bolden name in English genealogy of which one is deBolingbroke, meaning of the Boling Brook. I have also heard of a Viking explorer by the name of Bol'n. English variations can take some strange twists on names. My Bradford lineage in English genealogy has been known to take on variations such as Broadforde. And I thought all the variations on my Bolden name were complex. It can be certainly tough.
