thank you for the info. I cant seem to get any further back than Va, Tn, and Mo on my Boutcher line. I have Joshue Preston Boucher 50 years old in the 1860 east tn census records. Some how the Name lost the t or had the t added. I have found it spelled Boucher, Butcher and Boutcher is the nemae on our headstones in Oklahoma. and on my grand mothers marriage license. I will get back with you if i get them in Pa. and Im sure thats where they came from..Janie
