Dear Stephanie,

I have recently googled an ancestor of mine's name and this forum came up. I typed in Henry Boutcher..he is my father's grandad and subsequently, my great grandfather.

I was reading through your post, and most of it seems to be too coincidental to not be connected to my own family history!!

Henry Boutcher's middle name was William, and we know his father was called John Henry Boutcher, and his grandfather..John Boutcher. We also know that John H was married to a lady called Clara Dobbs, and they lived in Lambeth, London.
What is also scarily accurate is that Henry William had a brother called Reginald! Additionally, our John H was born 1858 in London!
The name Julia Emma also rings a bell with us...but we have known her so far to be Julia Emma Hutchinson...John's mother!

May I ask what your mother's name is? Keep in touch
