Found will of John Box (1749-1821) Laurens Co., SC

I found the will of John Box (1749-1821) who died in Laurens Co., SC. It mentions wife Rachel, children: Rachel (Mrs. Banks), Benjamin, Mary (Mrs. South), Rebecca, Shadrack, Robert, Jemima (Mrs. Sneed) and Abraham. Jemima Sneed had two children (Louisa & Rachel) when the will was probated. There was possibly another daughter as John Box left his grandson Elisha Williamson, son of Elisha Williamson a parcel of land. Does anyone know more about this John Box. Whose son was he? What was Rachel's last name? I am trying to find the parents of Mary BOX (1762-1841) who married Jacob W. Gibson (1756-1839) in Laurens Co., SC and moved to Barrent Co., KY. They married 1784 in Laurens Co., SC. Mary fits in as the oldest child of Robert (1734-1787) and Mary WILLIAMS Gibson (1747-1787), but no one seems to have her as one of their children. Does anyone know about the connection of the WILLIAMSON family to the BOX family? Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
